本条款依据马来西亚《旅游业(旅游经营业务及旅行社业务)条例 1992》标准格式拟定,适用于所有经本公司预订之出境旅游配套。
These terms are issued in accordance with Malaysia's Tourism Industry (Tour Operating Business and Travel Agency Business) Regulations 1992 and apply to all outbound tour packages booked with Beyond Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
配套性质说明
本公司 Beyond Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd 所提供之旅游产品为综合旅游配套(Tour Package),包含多项由不同供应商提供的服务,包括但不限于:机票、酒店、交通安排、车辆租赁、门票及其他旅游相关服务。
客户所支付之费用为整体配套价格(Package Price),并非各单项服务之代订费用。所有刊登价格以出版时为准,如遇机票、酒店、汇率或政府税调整,本公司保留调价权利,并将在确认前知会客户。
Beyond Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd provides tour packages consisting of multiple travel services including flights, accommodation, transportation, vehicle rental, attraction tickets and other travel arrangements. The price paid by the customer represents the total package price, not the individual cost of each service. All published prices are current at time of issue. The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates or government taxes, with prior notification before confirmation.
订金与付款安排
预订时须支付最高每人配套费用 25% 作为订金。余款须于出发日期前完成缴清:
⚠️ 若未能在规定期限内缴清余款,本公司保留取消预订并没收订金之权利。
Failure to settle the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of deposit.
A maximum deposit of 25% of the tour fare per person is required. The balance must be paid within 14 working days (FIT) or 21 working days (Group) before departure. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
* 工作天 / Working days:周一至周五,上午9时至下午6时(公共假期除外)。
** 本公司保留按配套性质(如邮轮、特定航班)收取更高订金的权利。
更改费用
散客配套 / FIT Packages
确认后每次更改收取 RM50.00 / 人。出发前 8 个工作天内不接受任何更改。
团体配套 / Group Packages
确认后出发前 14 个工作天内不接受更改。团员提早或延后回国须依相关航空公司条款处理。
更改整个预订等同于取消原有预订,须按取消政策收取相关费用。
Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original booking and is subject to cancellation charges as defined in the cancellation policy.
For FIT packages: RM50.00 per person per change after confirmation. No changes accepted within 8 working days of departure. For group packages: no changes within 14 working days. Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation.
取消政策(客户取消)
所有取消申请须以书面形式通知本公司,以避免任何误解。
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.

⚠️ 航空公司特别促销机票的取消政策将在上述取消费用之外额外适用。促销机票可能属于不可更改、不可退款性质,任何更改风险由旅客自行承担。
⚠️ The respective airline's cancellation policy on promotional fares shall apply in addition to the charges above. Promotional tickets may be non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-reroutable. Any alteration in routing or change of travel date is solely at the passenger's own risk.
退款计算方式
✦ 可退费用 / Refundable Portion
若供应商同意退款,本公司将在扣除行政费用及实际已发生成本后退还客户。
If suppliers approve a refund, the amount will be returned to the customer after deduction of administrative and incurred costs.
✦ 不可退费用 / Non-Refundable Portion
若供应商已按 Non-Refundable Rate 确认,相关费用不可退还。已使用的旅游服务(包括机票、酒店、门票等)亦概不退款。
Non-refundable supplier costs and already-utilized services including flights, accommodation and attraction tickets will not be refunded.
旅游文件
每位旅客须确保持有以下有效文件:
Each tour member must ensure they hold the following valid documents:
- 有效国际护照,且有效期须从回国日期起至少 6 个月以上
- 目的地国家所需之签证
- 所需之疫苗接种或健康证明
- Valid international passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return
- Visa(s) required for the destination country
- Vaccination certificates or health documents as required
本公司将协助告知所需文件,并在可能情况下协助申请签证,但不保证签证获批。签证费及服务费由旅客自行承担。
The company will advise on required documents and assist with visa applications where possible, but cannot guarantee approval. All visa fees and service charges are borne by the tour member.
如签证申请被拒,本公司将在扣除行政费用后退还配套费用。如旅客因持有不当文件、违禁物品或其他个人原因被拒绝入境,本公司概不负责。
If a visa application is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fees. The company shall not be held responsible for any refusal of entry due to improper travel documents, possession of prohibited items, or other personal causes.
行程及价格变更
如因航班时间调整、当地情况或其他实际因素影响,本公司保留在必要时对景点、酒店或路线作出相应调整的权利,并将安排同等替代方案。
Airlines schedules or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels or routes to be changed. Should this occur, the company shall make suitable alternative arrangements subject to local conditions.
本公司亦保留拒绝或撤销可能危害其他旅客健康、安全或影响旅游体验之人士参团的权利。如有此情况发生,本公司将退还该旅客尚未使用之费用,扣除行政及已发生费用。
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or to decline any person from being a tour member if their presence is likely to endanger the health, safety or comfort of others. In such cases, the company's sole liability shall be to refund moneys paid less amounts for services already utilized and any administrative fees.
本公司取消行程
如因人数不足、无法确保座位或住宿,本公司须取消团体行程时,将给予以下赔偿:
In the event of cancellation by the company due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure seats or accommodation, the following compensation will apply:

如因不可抗力因素取消,本公司将推荐替代行程。如旅客不接受替代方案,将退还已付款项(扣除行政费)。
For cancellations due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the company's control, alternative tours will be recommended. Should any passenger decline the alternative, all moneys paid less administrative fees will be refunded.
商业机密条款
本公司与供应商之间的合作价格、采购成本及合同条款均属于商业机密(Confidential Commercial Information)。因此,本公司恕无法向客户提供:
Pricing agreements, procurement costs and contractual terms between Beyond Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and its suppliers are considered Confidential Commercial Information. Therefore, the company is unable to disclose the following to customers:
- 供应商发票
- 供应商成本价
- 内部采购合同
- Supplier invoices
- Supplier cost prices
- Internal supplier agreements
不可抗力
若因以下情况导致行程无法进行,本公司将尽力协助客户与供应商协调,但退款仍须依照供应商政策执行:
If the trip cannot proceed due to any of the following circumstances, Beyond Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will assist customers in coordinating with suppliers. However, refunds remain subject to the respective supplier's refund policy:
- 战争或武装冲突
- 自然灾害
- 政府政策或边境管制(包括马来西亚政府指令)
- 疫情或公共卫生事件
- 航空公司取消或调整航班
- 罢工、暴乱或其他不可抗力因素
- War or armed conflict
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or border restrictions (including orders from the Government of Malaysia)
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- Airline cancellations or schedule changes
- Strike, riot or other force majeure events
旅游保险建议
🛡️ 本公司强烈建议所有旅客自行购买旅游保险(Travel Insurance),以保障行程取消、疾病、财物遗失、航班延误或行李遗失等突发损失。
All tour members are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to safeguard against trip cancellation, sickness, loss of money, flight delays or lost baggage.
条款接受
一旦客户完成预订并支付订金或全额费用,即表示客户已阅读、理解并同意本公司全部预订条款、取消政策及退款规定,并确认了解相关供应商条款的约束性。
By confirming the booking and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to all booking terms, cancellation policies and refund conditions stated above, including applicable supplier terms.
