第一天：吉隆坡 – 成都
集合于指定地点，乘搭客机飞往成都天府机场。抵达后，送往酒店休息。
DAY 1: KUL - CHENGDU
Assemble at the designated location and take flight to Chengdu. Check-in hotel for an overnight.
第二天：成都 – 林芝
乘搭客机飞往林芝。
【雅尼国家湿地公园】又称尼洋河风光带，横跨林芝，米林两县，水面海拔2920米，总面积为8738公顷。在广袤的雅尼国家湿地公园，清清的尼洋河在此静静的流淌，河流枝杈纵横，曲线蜿蜒。这里是让人惊艳的高原湿地，如史诗般的画卷，美的让人心悸。
【卡定沟瀑布】典型的峡谷地貌，落差近200米的瀑布飞流直下，雄伟壮观。
备注 – 春季出发的团，【卡定沟瀑布】将更改为:
【嘎拉桃花村】春季是林芝最迷人的时节，雪山上的雪融化，山间溪流湍急，成千上万的桃花在峡谷中绽放，形成一片绚烂的桃花海景观。

DAY 2: CHENGDU - NYINGCHI
Take flight to the Nyinchi.
【Yani National Wetland Park】With a total area of 8,738 hectares, located at the confluence of Yarlung Zangbo River and Niyang River in Milin County and Bayi District of Nyingchi.
【Kadinggou Waterfall】Located at an altitude of 2980 meters, the spot in Kadin Valley possesses typical highland landforms, with high mountains, deep valleys, strange peaks, unique rocks, and towering trees.

【Gala Village】Spring is the season when peach blossoms are in full bloom, their beauty decorating the valleys and creating a romantic atmosphere!

第三天：林芝
【鲁朗林海】是一处云雾海里的森林，有“叫人不想家”的美誉，风景如诗如画，周边云山林立，沟内森林葱茏，林间还有整齐如人工修剪般的草甸，周边溪流蜿蜓，有成千上万种野花竞相开放，被称为是神仙居住的地方。

DAY 3: NYINGCHI

第四天：林芝 – 拉萨
【巴松措（含环保车）】又名错高湖，藏语里意为“绿色的水”。西藏有许多圣湖普遍都是蓝色的，而巴松措的湖水却是令人心醉的翡翠般绿色，而且随着远近不同，湖水的绿色出现不同的层次、不同的浓淡、不同的美感。
✔巴松措最引人注目的是湖心的一座小岛，名为【扎西岛】，岛屿中间的空地上建有一座寺庙，名唤【措宗贡巴寺】（藏语意为“湖中城堡”），这里既称藏传佛教宁玛派圣地，寺庙中供奉的是甯玛派创始人莲花生大士。
DAY 4: NYINGCHI - LHASA
As a gem of southern Tibet, the beauty of【Basongcuo (Include buggy)】 inspires the imagination of all who visit. With flowers in spring, green trees in summer, golden fruits in autumn, and white snow in winter, it embodies the true ‘Jiangnan of Tibet’ and is a paradise for both immortals and humans.
✔【Tsozong Gongba】 is located on Tashi Island in the middle of Pagsum Lake, in Gongbo'gyamda County within Nyingchi Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region. The name Tsozong Gongba means ‘castle in the lake’ in Tibetan. The monastery consists of four buildings situated around a small courtyard.

DAY 5: LHASA
【The Potala Palace】, winter palace of the Dalai Lama since the 7th century, symbolizes Tibetan Buddhism and its central role in the traditional administration of Tibet. The complex, comprising the White and Red Palaces with their ancillary buildings, is built on Red Mountain in the centre of Lhasa Valley, at an altitude of 3,700m.
✔ Yaowang Mountain Observation Deck - It is one of the good spots for photographing the Potala Palace.
✔ Barkhor Street - Lying in the Lhasa Old Town, reputed as the “heart of Lhasa”.
✔ Jokhang Temple - The Jokhang consider as the most sacred and important temple in Tibet.
✔ When night falls, enjoy the night view of the Potala Palace on the Potala Palace Square.
第六天：拉萨 – 羊卓雍湖 – 拉萨
【羊卓雍措】西藏第二大圣湖，被称为绿松石湖，湖面 波光粼粼，风景如画，好似人间天堂。
【宗角禄康公园】位于布宫后方，因园内有个湖而成为 拍布宫倒影的最佳地点。这里也是拉萨人最喜欢的休闲场所。
DAY 6: LHASA - YAMZHO LAKE - LHASA
【Yamdrok Lake】Is a freshwater lake in Tibet, China. It is one of the three largest lakes in Tibet.
【Dzongyab Lukhang Park】Is just hidden in the back of Potala Palace. Dzongyab Lukhang is one of the distinguished garden buildings in Lhasa City.
第七天：拉萨
【西藏博物馆】收藏了超过52万件文物，包括陶器、玉 器和佛像，每年吸引数十万游客前来参观。
【罗布林卡】最具西藏特色的园林，是西藏人造园林中 规模最大、风景最佳、古迹最多的园林，建筑特点是： 高处筑台，低处挖池，任其自然，以取景为胜。
【色拉寺】全称“色拉大乘寺”，藏传佛教格鲁派六大主寺 之一。与哲蚌寺、甘丹寺合称拉萨三大寺，是三大寺中 建成最晚的一座。
DAY 7: LHASA
【Tibet Museum】It has a collection of more than 520,000 artifacts, including pottery, jade, and Buddha statues, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors every year.
【Norbulingka】Is a palace and surrounding park in Lhasa, Tibet, built from 1755.
【Sera Monastery】Is one of the “great three” Gelug university monasteries of Tibet.
第八天：拉萨 – 西宁
前往火车站乘坐【青藏火车（软卧）】前往西宁。青藏 铁路从拉萨至西宁部分全长1956公里 ，其中有960公里的 路段在海拔4000米以上，穿越湿地、冻土区、高原冰川 等严酷的地形，是中国最受全球瞩目的世纪工程。沿途可以在火车上欣赏到令人叫绝的青藏高原美丽风光！
DAY 8: LHASA - XINING
Proceed to railway station, take the【Qinghai-Tibet Railway (Soft berth) 】to Xining. Enroute enjoy the fantastic views of the Qinghai Tibet plateau with the Snow-covered Mountain, spacious grasslands. It would be one of the most enjoyable travel experiences in your life time!
第九天：西宁 – 青海 – 茶卡
【青海湖（含电瓶车）】是中国最大的内陆咸水湖泊。 从古到今，人们向往它的浩瀚、神奇、博大，为它的雄 伟、秀丽而赞叹不矣，把它誉为青海高原上的一颗璀灿 明珠。
DAY 9: XINING - QINGHAI - CHAKA
【Qinghai Lake (Includes electrical car)】or Ch'inghai Lake, also known by other names, is classified as an alkaline salt lake and also the largest lake in China.
第十天：茶卡 – 西宁
【茶卡盐湖（含往返小火车）】 四周雪山环绕，平静的 湖面像镜子一样，反射着令人陶醉的天空景色，被誉为 “中国的天空之镜”。

DAY 10: CHAKA - XINING
【Chaka Salt Lake (Includes little train)】About 151km to the west of Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake is a beautiful oval-shaped lake known for its reflective salt lake bed. It is a key salt mine in Qinghai with abundant salt resources.

第十一天：西宁 – 成都
【塔尔寺】中国藏传佛教格鲁派（黄教）六大寺院之一， 也是青海省首屈一指的名胜古迹和全国重点文物保护单 位。2018年4月13日，入围“神奇西北100景”。
乘搭客机前往成都。
DAY 11: XINING - CHENGDU
【Kumbum Champa Ling】Also called Ta’er Temple in Chinese, is the birthplace of the Tsongkhapa, founder of Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism (Yellow Hat Sect), and one of the top six Gelug monasteries of Tibetan Buddhism in China.
Take flight to Chengdu.
第十二天：成都 – 吉隆坡
【文殊院】成都市内保存最为完整的佛教寺庙，是集禅林圣迹、园林名胜、朝拜修学于一体的佛教寺院。
【锦里古街】最古老、最具有商业气息的街道之一。
自由购物于【春熙路+太古里】
随后送往机场，乘搭客机飞往吉隆坡。
DAY 12: CHENGDU - KUL
【Wenshu Yuan Monastery】Located at the downtown of Chengdu City. It’s also the largest and the best-preserved Buddhist Monastery in Chengdu.
【Jinli Ancient Street】The First Street of Shu Kingdom”, and it’s a famous snack street in Chengdu.
Free on leisure in【Chunxi Road+Taikoo Li】
Transfer to the airport , take flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
第十三天：吉隆坡
抵达吉隆坡，返回美丽家园。
DAY 13: KUALA LUMPUR
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and return to your sweet home.
